SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing FPSAura. We are dedicated to delivering your premium gaming gear as quickly and safely as possible.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS Currently, we focus our operations exclusively on the United States. This allows us to ensure better tracking and faster delivery times for our core community.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders. We believe you should spend your money on your setup, not on delivery fees.

3. PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once processed, your order will typically arrive within 7 to 15 business days.

  • Note: During peak seasons (like Black Friday or Christmas) or extreme weather conditions, slight delays may occur.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES FPSAura is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for most orders to the US under $800, additional customs fees are generally not applicable.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESS Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. FPSAura is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee may apply.

7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES FPSAura is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our support team at fpsaura01@gmail.com so we can assist you with the process.
